Troy Tyson

Plant Manager and Accountable Manager

Troy holds an A&P license and has more than 28 years of experience in the aviation industry and 13 years of military experience in which time he has held several leadership and quality rolls.  He joined ATI Aviation Services in March 2020 and is currently the Plant Manager. He is responsible for all of ATI’s Operations and processes in the overhaul and repair of landing gear systems, employee safety, product compliance with all customer requirements, and FAA regulations and standards. Troy is the designated accountable manager.


Jeffrey W. Robbins

Chief Strategy Officer

Jeff joined ATI Aviation in April 2017 as Chief Strategy Officer. He is responsible for developing growth strategy for the repair and overhaul of aircraft landing gear components within the Commercial, Regional, Military and Business aircraft market sectors. He has more than 35 years of aviation experience in aircraft manufacturing, purchasing, business development, and management of both sales & customer service teams.

Jeff has held various sales, marketing and management positions at Lockheed, Gulf Aerospace, Inc. & Professional Aircraft Accessories, Inc. Working within manufacturing and third party repair and overhaul facilities, Jeff has developed the knowledge and expertise to grow a CRO facility to ensure team members are solution providers to their customers while maintaining outstanding hands on service.

Jeff received his BSBA degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University in 1992 with a minor in Management.


Carl Taylor

Director of Quality

Carl has more than 24 years in the aviation industry working in maintenance and quality control. He joined ATI Aviation Services in September of 2020, after a long career at ExpressJet Airlines where he held several leadership positions. Currently, he is the director of quality and is responsible for ATI’s internal audits, employee training, and production process quality to meet customer requirements and FAA regulations and standards.
