Sales Support / Customer Service Associate

ATI Aviation Services is a full-service, self-contained, FAA/EASA-approved landing gear maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility in Cleveland, Ohio, centrally located in North America.
ATI was founded in 2001 with the strategic vision of offering a full range of on-site services designed to meet mission-critical landing gear and component requirements for commercial, military, and regional aircrafts. All components are processed in our 55,000-square foot facility, allowing ATI to take full accountability and responsibility for our clients’ repairs with reliable and timely turnaround, while passing the cost savings on to our clients.
Summary: Full-time, first shift position opening for a sales support / customer service associate with Aviation industry experience.
Salary: $12.00 – $18.00 an hour

Job Duties / Requirements:
- Welcome guests, customers and vendors when they arrive at ATI.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Assist sales team with bids and customer meetings.
- Provide customer support, status and quotations.
- Open, date stamp, and distribute mail.
- Maintain a high level of service to both internal and external customers
- A professional, positive and team player attitude a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail skills.
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power point)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt in changing environment and changing priorities.
- 2+ years of experience. (Aerospace experience preferred)
- Other duties as assigned/required by schedule and workload.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- MUST PASS DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING
